Welcome to Alloa Amateur Swimming Club.
Alloa ASC is part of West District swimming and is affiliated to the national governing body of our sport, Scottish Swimming.
The Club is a competitive, amateur, voluntary, not-for-profit Club, managed by a Committee of parents and coaches.
The Club runs in a family orientated environment and we rely on the help and support of parents and club swimmers in order to maintain the daily smooth running of the club.
The majority of swimmers have sessions at both Alloa Leisure Bowl and Tulliallan Police College.
We have a number of squads, entry decided by coaches criteria.
The Squads are: Development 1, Development 2, Development 3 (Bronze, Silver, Gold), Junior Potential, Junior and Senior.
We also work with FVDS and have disabled squad swimmers. If you are interested in disability swimming please contact lynne.glen@scottishdisabilitysport.com or www.fvds.org.uk.
Our aim is to provide high quality training to enable our swimmers to reach their full potential. We aim to develop young athletes, teaching them valuable life skills, whilst meeting new people in an enjoyable sport environment.
The club is based at Alloa Leisure Bowl, however we do have many of our sessions run from Tulliallan Police College.
